I recently bought an ’09 escape and it came from a state that does not require a front license plate, however i live in a. In my experience the front plate bracket is installed by the dealership, but they will leave if off if you ask, even in states that require the front plate.
The Plate Bracket Itself Has Holes In It Other Than The Holes Where The Metal License Plate Attaches To It.
